My Chase/PNC account number looks different in Aeropay. Why?

Some banks, including Chase, PNC, and US Bank may issue a substitute account number when you connect through a third-party service like Aerosync.

This means the last four digits shown in Aeropay may not match your actual account number. This is expected. The substitute number is secure and tied to your real account.

Chase, PNC, and US Bank notify you about this during the connection process.
