I don't see my rewards. Why?

A few reasons rewards may not appear: a qualifying payment was made on Aeropay Day itself (it will post on the next Aeropay Day), the payment was refunded (refunded payments void the associated reward), the payment declined during the reward period (declined payments void rewards for that period), or only qualifying online payments are eligible. If none of these apply, contact support@aeropay.com for investigation.
